Our Team

Vantage Point Philanthropy is led by Gina Covert, a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® and Certified Process Consultant™ with 29 years of experience in the philanthropic sector. Gina’s career working with charitable foundations, college access and scholarship programs, human service providers, and K-12 and higher education institutions, has been driven by her desire to help create a more equitable world, particularly through student preparation and access to higher education.

Gina has grown effective programs, aligned institutional resources, raised over $80 million, and connected hundreds of philanthropic individuals and families with causes that achieved their goals for a better world. With a broad network of professional partners, Gina is able to refer or bring additional expertise to consulting engagements to support her clients’ unique interests and goals.
